We don’t deserve the things we have today.
I get so heated when somebody talks about how their parents buy them a new car. They just get it handed to them, they don’t have to work for it what so ever. And then some of these kids total their cars and then a few days later their parents surprise them with a new car. No wonder our generation is so messed up, they don’t have to work for anything, they just get everything handed to them. Because honestly these kids have credit cards, and expensive clothes, they have no idea how to make their own money. When they graduate I doubt they’re going to have any idea what to do with themselves. They say they have money, when in actuality its your parents money not yours. I can’t wait to graduate because I know I’m going to do something with my life, I’m not going to wait to have my parents set stuff up for me. I’m going to work for it. I want to actually say that I paid for it, that I earned it. I don’t want to be 24 years old and have my parents still paying for my cellphone or my car. Because they’ve spent 18 years raising you and what you’re suppossed to do is thank your parents, and take care of them. You’re an adult now. They did what their job was, and it was to raise you. Now that you’re an adult, its your turn to do everything your parents did for you. You take the burden off their lives and help them with their bills, you take care of them when they’re sick. You do whatever you can to help your parents because they did everything for you. They made you who you are today and without them, you wouldn’t be where you are or who you are. Thank your parents, tell them you love them every chance you get, because once they’re gone you’ll truly regret all the times you could of told them you loved them.
